Pengguna harap membaca dan memahami kebijakan layanan ini karena berkaitan dengan setiap pembelian tiket.

1. Tidak diperbolehkan menukarkan tiket satu sama lain dan tiket tidak dapat ditransfer kepada pihak lain.
2. Tidak ada pengembalian (refund) atas tiket yang sudah dibeli dengan alasan apapun.
3. Tiket akan dikumpulkan/dipindai (scan) pada hari-H di lokasi event, 2 jam sebelum event dimulai. Peserta harus menunjukkan KTP/Paspor dan Tiket (berupa print atau di layar handphone) kepada petugas yang sudah ditunjuk.
4. Pendaftaran event dan pembelian tiket harus melalui GALANESIA, tidak diperkenankan melalui pihak lain.
5. Tidak diperkenankan menjual tiket yang sudah dibeli kepada pihak lain dan GALANESIA berhak untuk menolak tiket yang telah diperjualbelikan.
6. Penyelenggara Event berhak menolak peserta yang berperilaku mengganggu ketertiban umum, merusak lingkungan, & merugikan peserta lain, tanpa kompensasi.
7. Penyelenggara Event dapat mengubah jadwal acara, konten acara, dan kapasitas, tanpa pemberitahuan.
8. Penyelenggara Event kemungkinan akan merekam ataupun memotret peserta sebagai dokumentasi atau digunakan untuk kepentingan promosi event.
9. Penyelenggara Event dapat menunda, membatalkan, atau menghentikan event jika terjadi cuaca buruk, situasi darurat, atau bencana alam.
10. Peserta menyetujui pemeriksaan barang terlarang, tidak terbatas pada senjata api, dan barang ilegal lainnya.
11. Peserta secara sukarela menyadari segala resiko dan bahaya yang dapat terjadi pada saat atau selama event.
12. Informasi pribadi dikumpulkan GALANESIA dalam rangka memfasilitasi proses pendaftaran dan transaksi penjualan tiket. Tentang bagaimana informasi ini dikelola, dipersilahkan untuk melihat kebijakan privasi, yang merupakan bagian dari kebijakan syarat dan ketentuan ini.
13. Pendaftar dibawah usia 18 tahun harus didampingi oleh orang tua sebelum melakukan pendaftaran dan pembelian tiket event. Dengan bertransaksi di situs ini, pembeli diasumsikan sudah berusia 18 tahun dan memahami dan menerima syarat dan ketentuan ini.
14. Segala komplain yang berkaitan dengan jalannya event akan disampaikan kepada pihak Penyelenggara masing-masing event.

Please read and understand the following terms of service as they are binding for all ticket purchases.

1. No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
2. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances.
3. The tickets may be collected/scanned at the box office of the venue the date of the event 2 hours before the beginning of the event. Purchaser MUST present KTP/Passport and Ticket (printed or saved in smartphone) upon ticket collection. The identity of the person receiving the refunds may be recorded by our Customer Service Officers.
4. No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter is issued by the Purchaser and presented to GALANESIA upon ticket collection. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from GALANESIA or other authorized points of sale.
5. The resale of tickets is prohibited. GALANESIA reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
6. The Event Organizer reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
7. The Event Organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
8. The Event Organizer may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
9. The Event Organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
10. The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
11. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
12. Information is collected from those registering with GALANESIA in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms of service.
13. Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets from our website. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these terms of service.
14. Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Event Organizer.
